i live in chicago (and actually chicago, not the suburbs).

i am a podcaster, personal essayist and pop culture critic and this blog is where they do those things.

  

What do I do here? 

i'm really here because i don't have a book deal yet. however, these are bits and pieces of things that sort of/should resemble a writing portfolio. i am still trying to figure it all out, but this blog mainly consists of tidbits of my life, film reviews and overall, stuff about the relationships i have with other people. it is all in light fun,  however, i will leave this disclaimer for anyone worried about appearing here:
